Summary
Living most of his life in rural central Alberta Shawn Gow developed a very close connection with the great outdoors from an early age on. Countless journeys through the valleys and the prairies provided regular encounters with the majestic big game animals and all that nature offers to us.
His love and obsession with the natural world has led him to capture images of wildlife and country life on shed antlers he collects during his many excursions. “I feel like i am out there with the animals when i am carving and i want to share this special feeling with anybody who appreciates and respects wildlife and country living.?”
Shawn lives with his wife and 2 children in central Alberta. His antler carvings have gained considerable recognition both nationally and internationally.
